shipping and process times - All orders are shipped through FedEx to ensure reliable and safe delivery. Our business days are Monday-Friday not including weekends and major U.S. holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day . Please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery timeframe.
PROCESSING & HANDLING (Uncustomized & Customized/Pre-Orders Units) : All orders require a 5-7 business days for inspection, processing, and packaging. During this time, your unit is being prepared , customized, and quality checked to ensure it meets our requirements before shipping out. Keep in mind these uncustomized and customized wigs are NOT ON HAND.
Shipping Time (After processing): Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days to ship to matter your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Uncustomized & Customized/Pre-Order Units): Please allow a total of 7-14 days from the date purchased to receive your order
Ready to Ship: This option is for on-hand products and units. On-hand products and units are available for same day pickup. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. For same day shipping, the order must be placed before 2PM EST --- after 2PM EST, the order will go out the next business day.
Tracking Information: Once the order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email
Delays Disclaimer: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been marked as delivered by FedEx , we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. At that point it is out of our hands.
10. return/exchange - Here we take pride in providing high-quality hair products . Due to the nature of out terms, all sales are subject to the following policy:
REFUNDS- All hair products, accessories, and units are final sales. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the hair products for any reason. Units are may or may not be eligible for exchange. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. Approves cases will be eligible for an exchange only.
Exchange Policy: We only off exchanges for units(wigs) in the event of an issue caused by the company such as :
- Incorrect Item shipped
- wig size incorrect (it must be the same unit)
To be eligible for exchange contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery. After you have passed that timeframe , you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
-be unworn and unused
-be in the original condition it shipped in
-not be altered in any way
If items do not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase, including but not limited:
- Shipping address
-Unit size and specifications
- Personal Information Entered at checkout
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
