Refund policy
Here we take pride in providing high-quality hair products . Due to the nature of out terms, all sales are subject to the following policy:
REFUNDS- All hair products, accessories, and units are final sales. We do not offer refunds on hair products or units for any reason. Units are MAY be eligible for exchange. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. Approved cases will be eligible for an exchange only.
Exchange Policy: We only offer exchanges for units(wigs) in the event of an issue caused by the company such as:
- Incorrect Item shipped
- wig size incorrect (it must be the same unit)
To be eligible for exchange contact us within 5 days of delivery. After you have passed that timeframe , you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
-be unworn and unused
-be in the original condition it shipped in
-not be altered in any way
If items do not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase, including but not limited:
- Shipping address
- Unit size and specifications
- Personal Information Entered at checkout
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
